Our Investor Relations team speaks with hundreds of investors every day who have important questions about our Dango Estate product.
Here Are the Five Most Common Questions:
1. What is Dango Estate?
DangoEstate is an online Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) open to all kinds of investors and designed for diversification and cash flow. A REIT, or real estate investment trust, is a company that owns or finances real estate. REITs give their investors the opportunity to participate in large-scale real estate transactions by purchasing shares of the company that owns or finances them.

Dango Estate was formed to invest in and manage a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate investments, including loans, equity in commercial real estate ventures and other real estate-related assets.
2. How much can I expect to earn with Dango Estate?
Dango Estate aims to provide a steady stream of daily distributions. To date, dangoestate.com has consistently delivered a minimum of 5% daily distribution since inception on-line (November 2016). You may elect to have your distributions reinvested or deposited directly to your bitcoin or perfect money wallet.
3. What is the minimum investment amount for the REIT?
The minimum investment for the REIT is $30. Investors may invest additional capital according to their income levels or the kind of rate of return they are looking for, via the same process on-line.
4. What kind of fees do you charge?
All fees are built into the structure of the REIT which means there are no direct fees added to your investment. We do not charge our investors any up-front selling commissions. 

We used to charge 1% annualized management fee as well as 3% in Organizational and Offering Expenses when we were doing off-line investing between 2014 to 2016 but not anymore. By offering dangoestate.com to investors directly through our on-line investment platform, we have eliminated all the expense load typically used to compensate sales brokers. 
By comparison, traditional non-traded REITs charge an average sales commission of 7% and Organization and Offering Expenses of up to 15%.** That’s a a very huge difference from our model.
5. What types of investments do you focus on?
We look for transactions that will quickly provide cash flow to investors, with a focus on investments with existing cash-flow. We provide access to most of the major commercial property types around the world and never offer high-risk investments such as ground up development and raw land.
